1. License Grant

Upon purchasing a product from StackLab, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the product according to the terms below.

The license is granted to you as an individual or single entity. If purchasing on behalf of a team or organization, each member who directly uses the product files needs their own license.

2. Permitted Uses

You CAN:

  • Use in unlimited personal websites and applications
  • Use in unlimited commercial websites and applications
  • Use in unlimited client projects (each client does NOT need a separate license)
  • Use in SaaS applications and web services
  • Use in Web3 dApps, blockchain projects, and crypto-related applications
  • Use in internal business tools, admin dashboards, and enterprise systems
  • Use in mobile and desktop applications
  • Modify, customize, and extend for your specific needs
  • Create derivative works for end products
  • Integrate with any third-party services, APIs, or blockchain networks

3. Restrictions

You CANNOT:

  • Resell or Redistribute: Sell, resell, lease, license, or redistribute the product files or license keys
  • Share Source Files: Share, publish, or distribute the original source files
  • Create Competing Products: Use the product to create a competing template, theme, or product for sale
  • Open Source: Include in open-source projects where source code is publicly available
  • Stock/Template Sites: Upload to stock media, template, or asset marketplaces
  • Transfer License: Transfer your license or license key to another person or entity
  • Remove Attribution: Remove or modify license verification or attribution code where required

4. Specific Product Types

4.1 UI Components and Templates

For general UI components, templates, and starter kits:

  • Products are frontend components and templates ready for integration
  • Backend systems, databases, and server logic are your responsibility
  • You may customize and extend components to fit your project needs
  • Third-party integrations (payment, auth, analytics) are your responsibility

4.2 Web3 and Blockchain UI Products

For UI components and templates designed for Web3 projects:

  • Products are frontend components and UI templates only
  • Smart contracts, blockchain logic, and on-chain functionality are your responsibility
  • You may use these components in any Web3 project (DeFi, NFT, DAO, GameFi, etc.)
  • We are not responsible for how you implement blockchain integration
  • Security audits, testing, and compliance are your responsibility

4.3 Code Snippets and Utilities

For developer tools, utilities, and code snippets:

  • Use as-is or modify to fit your specific needs
  • Integrate into any type of project (web, mobile, desktop, etc.)
  • Testing and validation in your environment is your responsibility

5. AI-Assisted Development

Some products are developed with the help of AI tools. This does not affect your license:

  • You receive the same usage rights for all products regardless of development method
  • All products are reviewed and tested by human developers before release
  • Your license grants the same permissions for all products

6. Bundle Licenses

When purchasing a bundle, the same license terms apply to all products included. Each product within the bundle is licensed separately and comes with its own license key.

7. Free Products

Products offered for free are subject to the same license terms as paid products, unless otherwise specified. Free products may not be redistributed on other platforms or marketplaces.

8. Updates and Support

Your purchase includes:

  • Lifetime Access: Download your products indefinitely from your dashboard
  • Free Updates: Access to all future updates, bug fixes, and improvements
  • Version History: Access to previous versions for compatibility
  • Support: Technical support for product-related issues via our support system

9. Third-Party Components

Products may include third-party libraries, frameworks, and components subject to their own licenses (MIT, Apache, etc.). These licenses are documented in the product files. Notable third-party dependencies may include:

  • React, Next.js, and related frameworks
  • Tailwind CSS and UI component libraries
  • Web3 libraries (ethers.js, wagmi, viem, etc.)
  • Icon libraries and design assets

10. License Termination

Your license will terminate if you:

  • Violate any terms of this agreement
  • Share, redistribute, or resell the product
  • Obtain a refund for the product
  • Obtained the product through fraudulent means
  • Share your license key with others

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the product and delete all copies.

11. Common Questions

Can I use this for a client website?

Yes. Unlimited client projects are allowed. Your clients do not need separate licenses.

Can I use this in a SaaS product?

Yes. You can use products as part of your SaaS application or web app.

Can I use this for Web3/DeFi/NFT projects?

Yes. You can use our components and templates for any Web3 frontend project. Smart contracts and blockchain logic are your responsibility.

Can I sell templates I created using this product?

No. You cannot resell or redistribute the product or derivatives primarily based on it.

Can I use this in an open-source project?

No. The source files cannot be made publicly available in open-source repositories.

Can my team use one license?

Each team member who directly uses the product files needs their own license. Contact us for team pricing.

What types of projects can I use these products for?

Any type - websites, web apps, SaaS, dashboards, mobile apps, Web3 dApps, internal tools, and more. The same license covers all project types.
