We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

StackLab is a digital marketplace that sells premium products for developers, designers, and creators, including:

Our products are ready-to-use components and templates that you can integrate into your own projects. Backend systems, integrations, and other technical implementations are your responsibility.

3. Account Registration

To purchase products, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Never share your account or license keys with others
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our licensing system.

4. Purchases and Payments

4.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed. Promotional pricing and discounts are time-limited and may be withdrawn at any time.

4.2 Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely through NOWPayments, supporting cryptocurrency payments including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), USDT, USDC, SOL, and 100+ other cryptocurrencies. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment processor's terms and conditions.

4.3 Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment confirmation, digital products and license keys will be made available for download through your account Dashboard. You will also receive an email confirmation with purchase details and invoice.

4.4 License Keys

Each purchase includes a unique license key tied to your account. License keys are for your use only and may not be shared, sold, or transferred.

5. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital products. Key terms include:

• Unlimited personal and commercial projects
• Unlimited client projects
• Use in SaaS applications and web apps
• Modification and customization for your specific needs

6. AI-Assisted Development Disclosure

We believe in transparency about our development process:

• Some products are developed with the help of AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, v0, etc.)
• AI tools are used as development aids to speed up coding, not as autonomous creators
• All code is reviewed, tested, and validated by human developers
• Products meet our quality standards regardless of development method
• You receive the same license rights and support for all products

Using AI as a development tool does not affect your ownership, usage rights, or the quality of the products you purchase.

7. Product Usage

Our products are components and templates designed to accelerate your development:

• Products are provided as starting points and building blocks for your projects
• You are responsible for integrating products into your own systems and infrastructure
• Backend logic, database setup, API integrations, and third-party services are your responsibility
• For Web3 products: smart contracts, blockchain integration, and on-chain logic are your responsibility
• We provide documentation and support, but implementation is up to you
• Testing and quality assurance of your final product is your responsibility

8. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:

• Eligible for Refund: Technical issues preventing product use, significant discrepancies from product description, duplicate purchases, critical bugs that we cannot resolve.
• Not Eligible: Change of mind after download, incompatibility with your setup (if requirements were stated), misunderstanding of product features, issues caused by your modifications.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase through our Support system. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method or a cryptocurrency wallet address you provide.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code beyond license terms
• Share, redistribute, or resell purchased products or license keys
• Use products to create competing products or templates for sale
• Submit false information or fraudulent refund requests
• Post misleading or defamatory reviews
• Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, code, and software, is the property of StackLab or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Purchased products are licensed, not sold, and remain the intellectual property of their respective creators.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE; (B) PRODUCTS WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS; (C) PRODUCTS ARE FREE FROM ALL BUGS OR ERRORS. YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM AND PRODUCTS IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STACKLAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT IN QUESTION.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StackLab and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from: your use of the Platform and products; violation of these Terms; or infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction.
